Cassie Kennedy ABCDT CGCE CTDI 

With over sixteen years of experience training dogs, Cassie Kennedy is the owner and head dog trainer here at Ohana Dog Training. She is an Animal Behavior College Certified Dog Trainer / Graduate and also a Do More With Your Dog Certified Trick Dog Instructor. Cassie has been training dogs professionally for six years now, but she has been doing it recreational purposes for twelve years. She has trained dogs for both live performances and the film industry, and has competed with her dogs on a national and world level, Her love of dogs started with her first pet Golden Retriever who she named Fathom, who was the first dog she ever trained. Although she grew up with Golden Retrievers and Spitz-type dogs, she now lives with multiple collies,\and shepherds who are trained in competitive dog sports like agility, canine freestyle, dock diving, flying disc and IGP. Cassie has also dabbled in training her dogs for various film productions, such as commercials, music videos and even movies!. She is a volunteer search dog handler for the Peace River K9 Search and Rescue Team and cross trains her dogs for both live find and human remains detection, and  has recently started working as an Apprentice Service Dog Trainer at Guardian Angels Medical Service Dogs.
