Our Board & Train programs are a wonderful option for clients who want to get started with training their pup, but do not necessarily have the time to meet for weekly group or private training sessions. They are also an option for some dogs who may struggled with fear-based reactivity or aggression, to learn in a safe and controlled environment. We have limited availability to take on board and trains at this time due to class schedules and competitive dog sports, but if you are seriously interested in getting started please fill out an application today to see if we are a good fit for you. Puppy Board and Train (most popular)
This is our most entry level and cost effective board and train available. I will work on proper socialization with your puppy, and learning and responding to his or her name. They will also learn basic commands like sit, down, stay, and come on a leash. Your puppy will also get to go on training outings / field trip with me, and receive one-on-one play time sessions with me personally and / or other dogs depending on your puppy’s temperament. I will send daily photo and video updates as your puppy progresses through training. This program lasts 10 days and cost $1000. By the end of this program, your puppy will be eligible to receive a certification from the AKC STAR Puppy Program. STAR puppy stands for socialization, training, and responsible ownership. You will also receive three months of unlimited text support following your dog’s training with us. Training tools included with this program that you will be sent home with following training: a slip lead and / or martingale collar and leash. a herm Sprenger puppy prong collar with safety clip, and mini educator collar with remote and lanyard.

2-week Sit & Stay
Board and Train
For puppies and young dogs that may just need to learn their basic obedience skills and cues such as sit, down, stay, go to place, coming when called on leash, waiting at doorways, leave it with food and walking on a loose leash. Also great for dogs that may just need a refresher course on some of their basic obedience skills. The duration of this program is 14 days and costs $1320. This includes daily photo and video / text updates, as well as the initial consultation and follow-up to continue what your dog has learned in training at our training center. This makes our 2-week Sit & Stay Program a great option for puppies and young dogs with no prior behavioral issues. Your dog will be eligible to be tested for an AKC Canine Good Citizen Test & Title upon leaving their training stay with us, and you will additionally receive six months of text support from your trainer, following this program. Training tools this program may include are as follows: a slip lead and / or martingale collar and leash, a Herm Sprenger prong collar (with buckle and safety clip), and a mini educator e-collar and remote with lanyard. Cost has been adjusted to cover cost of tools.

3-week On The Leash
Board and Train
This is another great option for young dogs that need to learn basic obedience cues in both familiar and novel environments. Your dog will learn obedience skills such as sit, down, stay, go to place, coming when called on a long line, leave it with both food items AND people, waiting at doorways, and walking on a loose leash both at our training center and in at least 2 novel environments outside our home base. You will receive daily text updates of your dog’s progression including photos and videos and messages discussing your dog’s progress. This program will last 21 days and costs $1880. Program also includes follow-up and instruction and how to continue implementing training skills learned with us. Your dog will be tested for both a Canine Good Citizen & Advanced Canine Good Citizen Title at the end of this course. Training tools this program may include are as follows: a slip lead and / or martingale collar and leash, a Herm Sprenger prong collar (with buckle and safety clip), and a mini educator e-collar and remote with lanyard. Cost has been modified to cover potential cost of tools utilized, you will e sent home with training tools and provided with instruction on how to properly use these tools following the completion of this or any of our board and train programs.

4-week Off The Leash
Board and Train
For dogs of all ages that may need some refinement on their obedience skills in both familiar and novel environments, this is great program option for you! Your dog will learn obedience skills such as sit, down, stay, go to and stay in place, off-leash coming when called (with or without distraction), leave it with food items AND people and their dogs, waiting at doorways, and walking on a loose leash both at our training center and in other novel environments. Your dog will be taken and trained in at least three different locations, and you will receive daily text updates of your dog’s progression including photos and videos and messages discussing your dog’s progress. This program will last 30 days and costs $2600. Program also includes follow-up and instruction and how to continue implementing training skills learned with us. Your dog will be tested for CGC, Advanced Canine Good Citizen Title & Urban Canine Good Citizen Title at the end of this course. Training tools this program may include are as follows: a slip lead and / or martingale collar and leash, a Herm Sprenger prong collar (with buckle clip), and a mini educator e-collar and remote with lanyard. Cost has been adjusted to cover potential cost of tools utilized, and you will e sent home with training tools and provided with instruction on how to properly use these tools following the completion of this or any of our board and train programs.

Payment is required in full prior to the start of your pet’s training. These are not service dog training programs. Training methods and plan will be discussed with you both prior to training and after your dog’s stay with us, and a report card covering your dog’s training will be sent to your email.
